Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the controlling function, reporting directly to the CFO/Managing Director.
- Act as key finance business partner for operations, supply chain, and production functions.
- Drive the implementation and customization of the ERP system (finance and controlling modules), ensuring alignment with group and local requirements.
- Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes relevant to a manufacturing environment.
- Support financial modelling for investment decisions, cost analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Greek and financial regulations, subsidies, and cost accounting principles.
- Collaborate with Group Controlling to ensure integration into global reporting.
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to GAS and IFRS and the monthly reporting
- Preparation of evaluations and ad-hoc analyses for plant and division management (e.g. dashboards, key figure reports, sales evaluations, financial key figures, energy key figures)
- Responsibility for budget planning, budget control, and variance analyses
- Responsibility for ongoing project and investment controlling
- Development of product cost calculation
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 6 years in Controlling, preferably in the manufacturing industry (International Comp)
- Proven experience in ERP rollout (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluency in Greek and English, knowledge of IFRS
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
